Moscow City Restaurant Invites for Press-Lunch

On April 10th Gilles de Courcel, the President of the Burgundy Wine Domaine Chanson Pere&Fils is coming to Saint Petersburg for the first time to give wine dinner at Moscow City restaurant together with Chef Pavan Kumar Mangera.

The main character of the event is the President of the Burgundy Wine Domaine Chanson who has been leading it since 1990-s. Wines coming out fr om the cellars of this mansion are highly rated not only in Burgundy but all over the world. You will have a chance to try them during the press-lunch wh ere Gilles will speak about the optimal combinations of wines and Pavan Kumar Mangera will perform the most outstanding combinations of Pan-Asiatic, Japanese and European cuisines designed especially for this event.   Black cod with saffron, papaya, black beans and season vegetables in light soup, Foie-Gras with caramelized apples, forest berries sauce and fresh lettuce leaves, stewed lamb with mushrooms will ideally suit for selected wine. 

The guests are welcome at noon.
