MIX IN ST.PETERSBURG Presents: Frédéric Vardon
Frédéric Vardon, the student of Alain Ducasse, Chef and Manager of such restaurants as Le 39V, Z!NC and FELIZ, the owner of Michelin stars is going to visit St. Petersburg in April with culinary tours within Guest Chefs in miX project.
On April 19th and 20th there are two gala-dinners and then you may try dishes from gala-dinner together or a la carte during the whole week from April 21st to April 27th: restaurant team from miX in St. Petersburg headed by Chef Stephane Gortina will prepare the dishes at miX on 6, Voznesensky.
Gala-dinner menu from Frédéric Vardon at miX in St. Petersburg:
Sturgeon caviar, green apple and wine cream;
Royal crab with vegetables, cold spicy broth;
Perch from France, green and violet asparagus, rich sauce;
Veal Orloff, Jabugo ham and bacon, spinach;
Cake with raspberry and merengue.
Each dish will be served with wine.
