November Menu at Kokoko Restaurant

Kokoko restaurant of the new Russian cuisine launched the updated menu on 5th November. They added 8 absolutely new courses, totally refused from grilled dishes and enriched meat chapters.
The main accent has been made on the starters. They added 4 new ones: beef tartar, Karelian trout, sour mushrooms and the most expected new seasonal position – goat farm cheeses from Leningrad region. They are created per original French technologies and due to local production they preserve fresh and tender milk flavour.
