Menu Francophonie 2015 At Cote Jardin Restaurant

Within the Holiday of Francophonie 2015 the Chef of Cote Jardin restaurant prepared a delightful menu which will be appreciated by the most demanding Francophone!

Apart from the culinary festival Francophonie 2015, Novotel Hotel in St. Petersburg will present an exhibition of culinary photographs Arts & Food from 13th March. 

Francophonie menu 2015 includes:

Mediterranean cream fish soup – 400 rubles;

Salad with Cajun grilled tuna – 900 rubles; 

Perigordian duck liver pate with ginger and red jelly – 900 rubles;

Beef fillet mignon with Madagascar pepper sauce, sweet onion and crispy leek – 1000 rubles; 

Grilled chicken fillet with risotto and Swiss cheese served with spring morels – 700 rubles;

Baked cod fillet in broth, leek saute with bacon and caramelized daikon – 900 rubles; 

Banana flambe with rum – 300 rubles; 

coconut cake and coconut sorbet – 150 rubles.

The festival will take place on March 13th-29th.
