Crazy Hunter Restaurant will offer warm-up aromatic infusions to the unusual and very tasty hunter’s menu (meat of elk, boar, reindeer, bear, beavor, duck).

There are sweet infusions made of fresh forest cloudberry and raspberry, truly Northern cranberry, pepper & garlic for hard spirit guests and special hrenovuha! 

These are extracts from the hunter’s menu: 

Warm grilled salad with wild duck, 440 rubles, 

Elk meat rolls per ancient Russian recipe, 520 rubles; 

Reindeer fillet with cranberry & juniper sauce, 880 rubles; 

Bear meat chops with potatoes and cep mushrooms, 420 rubles; 

Beavor meat chops with fried zucchini and Horseraddish sauce, 300 rubles.
