It was agreed to invite young and talented Chef Dmitry Zotov who took the 4th place at the International Competition of young Chefs S.Pellegrino Cooking Cup in 2011, having made a true breakthrough for Russia.
Gala dinner taking place at LUCE restaurant will consist of seven changes accompanied with mineral water Aсqua Panna and S.Pellegrino and recommended wine.
Evening menu:
Vodka - Lichi.
Druzhba cheese curd.
Mini pizza with smoke tuna fish.
Chicken liver truffle with soaked apple.
King crab Cannelloni with sea-buckthorn and estragon.
Black cod on charcoal.
Quail with lard ravioli, buckwheat and chicken giblets.
Black forest.
Ice-cream with yuzu and camomile milk.
Evening accompaniment - mineral water Acqua Panna / S.Pellegrino.
