We have reached the height of the summer. All want to eat the lightest and tastiest food. Quartier Gourmet restaurant of French cuisine decided to release a series of author’s recipes from restaurant Chef Tahir Choudhuri.

Chef Quartier Gourmet of Takhir Coudhuri is saying about this project: “Summer is a season when the nature is playing with colors. Yellow sand is combined with sky-blue water and white clouds - with green trees. The nature has inspired me to create a summer collection of recipes. That is why I am experimenting with color, taste and aromas in this collection”.
