Chef of Summer Palace restaurant offered the guests classic recipes of popular summer dishes.
First of all, it’s cold soups – cold borsch, okroshka, gazpacho and of course, appetite juicy kebabs – chicken, pork, mutton. Those who like pizza will appreciate classic Four Cheeses, Margarita and Pepperoni, while berry-fruit smoothies and ice-cream will suit to the taste of those who like sweets.
