Summer Update At Il Lago dei Cigni Restaurant

The restaurant chef Vincenzo Verdosha has presented a new collection of summer dishes at the Il Lago dei Cigni Restaurant.

The menu includes dishes of the Italian cuisine with seafood and fresh seasonal vegetables. With the summer approach the restaurant menu has been replenished with light Mediterranean appetizers, salads and hot courses with sea delicacies. The restaurant guests are offered to indulge themselves with appetizing new positions such as fish and seafood crudo, Breton lobster carpaccio, salad with beans, tuna, celery, potatoes and Yalta onion, Sicilian rye spaghetti integrali.

In the summer season there is an open kitchen open in the second floor of the restaurant with wooden grill where Vincenzo Verdosha cooks meat, fish and seafood on open fire in spite of the guests' eyes.
