The KITCHEN restaurant invites to an open terrace where you will enjoy dishes from the summer menu in full.
Chef of the restaurant included the most popular dishes fr om Italy, Spain and Russia into the new summer menu wh ere he artistically managed to unite light ingredients with elegant tastes.
These are extracts from the summer menu:
Salad with turkey, orange and celery - 390 rubles;
Salad with rose tomatoes, Scamorza cheese and ciabatta - 350 rubles;
Homemade okroshka - 240 rubles;
Grilled tuna with light salad with soya-ginger sauce - 620 rubles;
Fettuccini with shrimps, asparagus and cherry tomatoes - 460 rubles;
Tartar with strawberries, meringue and curd cream - 380 rubles;
Yogurt sorbet on peach carpaccio with ginger sauce - 250 rubles.
Those who want to feel the real taste of summer will be offered different smoothies, lemonades and light cocktails from the bartender.
