Summer Menu At La Mare Restaurant

Here you may try shrimps, scallops and octopus kebab with mango sauce, swordfish barbecue served with mixed herbs and lavender flowers, zucchini, orchids and pomegranate sauce. Kebabs are made of different sea fish fillet: rockfish, rudderfish, goosefish, St. Pierre and tuna. Seafood kebabs are made of shrimps, scallops, cuttlefish, octopus. Besides, the summer menu is offering to try mix lettuce with Thai mango, young asparagus, artichokes, avocado, lobster tail, swordfish carpaccio, sea fish fillet ceviche with avocado, lime and orange juice, cilantro. As a hot course there is risotto with red wine and octopus and paccheri with dusky serranus fillet and pesto sauce.
