Long expected summer weather has finally reached the northern capital and together with it comes a new offer from the Khochu Kharcho Restaurant.

Salads and cold appetizers such as raw cisco with oil and spices, traditional herring with potatoes, healthy lettuce and vegetable salad with a poached egg. A special place in the menu is given to the main seasonal hits, fresh cold soups, namely classical okroshka, beetroot soups, soup from grandma Nade. A special attention should be paid to hot courses such as rabbit in tender cream sauce, gyurze with meat and cottage cheese rich in calcium, copious dumplings with cherry and appetite Kabardian pie with potatoes.
For a dessert, the guests are excited to order chocolate roll and wafer rolls.
