Summer Menu at Yesenin Restaurant

The summer has reached our northern city and to celebrate the long-expected warm weather Yesenin restaurant presents a summer menu designed by Chef Igor Ivanchenko, so fresh and unusual able to surprise with new tastes.
Smoke Camembert cheese with grapes and strawberries in basil on lettuce leaves;
Poached eggs on lettuce leaves with spring onion and vegetables seasoned with sour cream;
Baked zucchini, eggplants, tomatoes with cottage cheese and Pesto sauce with coriander;
Cold borsch;
Okroshka on kvass;
Okroshka on kefir with cucumber and roast beef;
Pork kebab garnished with bruschetta, eggplant caviar and spicy cottage cheese;
Chicken breast kebab garnished with bruschetta, eggplant caviar and spicy cottage cheese;
Salmon kebab garnished with bruschetta, eggplant caviar and spicy cottage cheese;
Beluga kebab garnished with bruschetta, eggplant caviar and spicy cottage cheese;
Scallops and tiger prawns kebab garnished with bruschetta, eggplant caviar and spicy cottage cheese;
Grilled camembert with cranberry sauce.
