The Third Savior (on August 29th) used to be Savior of the Bread feast in ancient times. According to the folklore custom, they used to bake bread out of new harvest flour which was the main dish on a table.
Lesnoy restaurant is representing two new kinds of bread especially for the Savior of the Bread feast: rye bread and multy-grain bread. Tasty, fresh, aromatic, slightly wet with big holes, firm crispy crust, the bread is cooked in tandoor oven as per the restaurant tradition.
As usual, the bread only tunes a guest for an upcoming meal serving like an aperitif before the main dish. Putting aside this stereotype, the new offered dish will become an excellent delicacy itself. If you accompany it with olive oil or butter with herbs, salt or balsamic, you may make it the main dish just like at the Savior of the Bread feast.
