Crimean Set at Palkin Restaurant

Palkin Restaurant invites to try a new set dedicated to culinary and winemaking traditions of semi-island of Crimea.

The guests are going to grade the combination of dishes of the summer Black Sea cuisine and unique Crimean wines. The restaurant Chef Pavel Melnikov prepared dinner consisiting of six courses complemented with especially selected wine. 

ENTRE

Eggplant cream with nuts and light natural cheese 

Sparkling wine Pino Fran, Novyi Svet 

HOT STARTER

Goatfish with dried tomatoes, soaked in parsley milk 

Kokur, Massandra

SOUP

Spicy celery cream-soup with smoked mussels 

Jerez Oreanda 

MAIN COURSE 

Flatfish with pumpkin dumplings 

Pearl of Inkerman, white wine

DESSERT

Peach pie

White Muscat of Red Stone 

SORBET

Grape sorbet with lavender
