Panzanella with beef, 230 rubles; 

Salad with rabbit liver, 230 rubles;

Salad with King Crab, 310 rubles;

Mussels with Gorgonzola in tomato sauce, 250 rubles; 

Baked salmon fillet with sauce in Asiatic style and algae, 590 rubles; 

Boar cutlets on the bone with fruit brochette, 690 rubles; 

Ganache cream with orange marmalade, 220 rubles;

The restaurant also offers dishes with smelt: 

Aspic with marinated smelt, 250 rubles;

Salad with marinated smelt, 310 rubles;

Fried smelt 430 rubles/200 g.
