The new menu starts at Veritas restaurant on 1 August! It includes the dishes of Russian and European cuisines and dishes especially created by the new Chef of the restaurant!
New dishes mean natural products, elegant way of serving and harmonious combination of tastes.
Try beef carpaccio with arugula and Parmesan, salad with artichokes and sea cocktail, corn chicken with raspberry sauce and lettuce mix, baked rainbow trout stuffed with vegetable julienne on the cream spinach pillow and many others.
