Elegant & Appetite – New Dishes at Bul-Var Restaurant

New tasty dishes from the Chef are available at Bul-Var restaurant for the guests since 30 August.

They are salmon ceviche, foie-gras with sauce made of port wine and raisin, rack of lamb with baked potatoes, duck leg with airy potatoes, chicken with vegetables and orange sauce, salmon steak with zucchini and shrimp sauce, Dorado with prawns in a box, pike perch with broccoli cream and anise sauce, rib-eye steak with tomato and pepper sauce. There will be also available dishes on charcoal for one person and for a group of people, pasta, ravioli, pizza and risotto! All this will not leave you indifferent for new culinary discoveries!
