So, restaurant cooks propose two fancy options for pumpkin soup – with scallop (480 rubles) and with King crab (820 rubles). Risotto with squids continues the seafood topic (730 rubles). Main courses are fundamental like autumn courses: pork brisket with pumpkin spring roll served with grapefruit juice and teriyaki (960 rubles), pearl hen breast with asparagus mousse and sweet onion (990 rubles), stuffed pear hen leg with cep mushrooms mousse (970 rubles).
For a dessert the guests will be offered pumpkin pie (430 rubles) and Tartuffe dessert (410 rubles).
