Italian Breakfasts for Business Morning at Barbaresco

Redaktor, 26 August 2013

Chef of Barbaresco Antonio Fresa is sharing his favorite dishes for excellent prima pasto in the new breakfasts and brunches menu.

Restaurant Barbaresco

Kitchen: Italian
Average bill: 2000-3000 rub
Address: 2, Konyushennaya Square, St. Petersburg
M
Nevskiy prospekt

There are rich Italian sandwiches available in the menu: Chicken fillet, bacon and tomato marmalade, served on toasts combined with a salad made of celery stalk, radish, tomatoes and lemon dressing;  Croissant with Ruccola and ham; Poached egg with warm spinach on mini-baguette with Feta cheese; Ciabatta with ham and mix salad; Cannoli with salmon tartar, green lettuce and melon: cannoli are made of white baguette with egg and dressed with lettuce leaves and slices of melon.

Definitely try classic granola served in a new way – it’s a tasty, healthy and light dish based on muesli. At Barbaresco home muesli are made of oat flakes with honey and nuts and served with almond milk, fresh season berries and slices of grapefruit.

Thanks to Antonio, the guests will have a chance to try a homemade yogurt for breakfast from the restaurant confectionery. The Chef recommends to have a glass of homemade yogurt and a fresh toast with farmer’s butter or to add yogurt to the plate of seasonal fruits.
