This delightful dish won’t leave anyone indifferent. The classic combination of tender stewed goose meat and juicy side dish is well accentuated with light notes of cinnamon and orange, while special sea-buckthorn sauce complements the dish which is especially appropriate in the beginning of real cold weather.
