Caesar prepared the remarkable masterpiece on the Independence Day of America taking whatever he could find in the storage space for a group of Hollywood movie-makers when all other food had finished.
After it he only improved his special seasoning.
Caesar salad keeps on its triumphal march over the world, while talented cooks keep on treating gourmets with author’s variations of the simple salad loved by royal people as well.
