Shabu-shabu is an absolute dish worth being proud of within this season at Gloss cafe which conquered not only Asia but Europe as well. Shabu-shabu is finely sliced meat and vegetables submerged in a pot of boiling soup, and after the meat slightly changes its colour, it is to be eaten being dipped in a sauce beforehand. The dish got its name from the sound made by the meat when being submerged in the boiling soup.
Shabu-shabu is a tasty and healthy dish and an ideal way to spend time for any friends company.
