Gallery: Seasonal Menu from Chef

Gallery restaurant will offer the guests a new seasonal menu created by Chef considering the season and current culinary tendencies:

Mix-salad with smoked cod, baked tomatoes, green seasoning and poached egg; 

Salad with blue cheese, nuts, zucchini and grilled mushrooms with honey-balsamic dressing; 

Salad with chicken liver, avocado, forest berries, pistachios and raspberry seasoning; 

Potatoes, baked octopus topped under cheese crust, served with mix of fresh vegetables with tartar sauce and red caviar; 

Ravioli stuffed with spinach and ricotta with sauce made of mushrooms and eggplants; 

Cod fillet baked in orange zests with sote made of sweet pepper and beans puree; 

Bonet (Piedmont chocolate pudding) filled with Panna Cotta.
