Risotto Festival at Nektarin

Risotto festival has been launched on February 9th at Nektarin restaurants. Within this festival the guests will have a chance to try and evaluate traditional and author’s options of the famous Italian dish.
The festival menu presents the following kinds of risotto:
– with tiger prawns and Pesto sauce;
– with cuttlefish inks and squids;
– four cheeses;
– with cep mushrooms and truffle oil;
– Venetian risotto with giblets;
– with Parma ham and Ruccola.
