Celebration of anniversary of Shalyapin restaurants goes on with the Festival of Cutlets which will take place from 16th to 23rd of November.

Cutlets is a special dish of Shalyapin restaurants. Only in the main menu there are up to six different kinds. They include famous Shalyapin pike cutlets (trying to get them, people come here from all over the city), also an option when pike cutlets are stuffed with mushrooms and eggs, then classic Chicken Kiev and rabbit cutlets. The Festival menu will combine favourite cutlets and dishes cooked of rare meat, such as boar and elk – you may try them only on Festival days.
