Legran Restaurant has been offering a regional French cuisine for two years to the guests. Since 2015 it has taken the new vector “Affordable Gastronomy” as the next point of development.

Shrimps with parsnip and currant cream – 720 rubles;
Crispy trout with millet, Parmesan cheese and poached egg – 790 rubles;
Rack of beef with celery parmentier and blue cheese sauce – 1290 rubles;
Breast with stewed potatoes and mustard cream – 590 rubles;
Sterlet with sauce made of mussels and green apple – 890 rubles;
Veal cheeks with truffle polenta – 720 rubles.
