The Dostoyevsky restaurant of Russian cuisine offers to taste a spring salad with Cherry tomatoes, flowers and raspberry seasoning, Caiso salad with octopus and live flowers, asparagus cream-soup with violets and pine nuts, pumpkin soup with duck breast and yellow flower heads.
Among main courses Chef Andrey Vaitovich offers to taste tender veal on the bone with eggplant sote with Green pepper sauce, and those who like fish courses will be glad to taste Black Sea goatfish baked with flavored herbs, vegetable julienne and Romanescu inflorescences.
