DolceAmaro: New Classic

DolceAmaro restaurant has been offering its guests an updated menu since June 1st. It is based on fish and seafood combined with seasonal vegetables, traditional summer soups, such as okroshka on kefir and cold borsch.
Among the salads, Caesar with chicken and classic Russian salad have taken up solid positions in the menu. Among new dishes definitely try Warm salad with beef which is served on the pillow made of mixed salad with cherry tomatoes, and Tender lamb ragout with stewed vegetables and Provencal herbs.
