David Rathgeber from L'Assiette restaurant in Paris will demonstrate own interpretations of classic French dishes in the modern style. Only for one week, from September 20th to September 28th, miX in St. Petersburg will be converted to a Parisian bistrot.
This is the menu:
Tender cream-soup with crawfish;
Battered pork legs with black truffle, warm leek, ravigote sauce;
Sea tongue in Grenoble style, fried cep mushrooms;
Pie with duck and foie-gras, meat sauce;
Cream-caramel.
5-courses menu will cost 4000 rubles per person.
5-courses menu with wine set will cost 6000 rubles per person.
