Wild Oysters & Fancy Cocktails from Andrea Accordi

The new oysters menu has been available at XANDER bar since 16 September: fresh wild oysters from the Gulf of Peter the Great (in the Japanese sea) as well as new author’s cocktails based on oysters juice are waiting for the guests every evening from 7 pm to 10 pm.

Oysters are served in effective compositions: champagne granite, yuzu granite, mojito and other ingredients. Chef-sommelier will propose champagne or suitable wine for the chosen oysters set.
All author’s cocktails are served in martinkas based on unusual taste combinations of oysters, Asian fruits, granite made of vodka or champagne. Andrea Accordi recommends to pay a special attention to warm grilled oysters which are served on Japanese cedar wood with sweet and spicy ingredients. Slightly smoked taste of oysters will be complimented with Chili sauce and beetroot crisps.
