Wild Herbs at KoKoKo Restaurant
With incoming of the summer KoKoKo Restaurant has launched a set of seasonal menu update which will be changing every 2-3 weeks depending on mellowing local herbs, fruits and vegetables.
The first seasonal menu is traditionally dedicated to wild herbs. This year the restaurant invited a real specialist in herbs – Natalia Mikhailova fr om Kaskovo village, Volosovo district of Leningrad region who will help KoKoKo cooks to find and gather fresh ingredients for green courses.
Also Chef Igor Grishechkin has updated the main menu wh ere he added such interesting positions as chick in hay, heath cream-brulee with strawberry, Mama’s favourite flower dessert and others.
