The new spring menu at Erivan Restaurant has been created of the most famous dishes from the Georgian cuisine beloved by all.
Special menu Gifts of Georgia includes:
Satsivi: pieces of boiled chicken marinated in nut sauce, 290 rubles;
Georgian vegetable salad: salad of fresh vegetables with hot pepper and walnuts, 390 rubles;
Khinkali: to your choice – beef and pork with fresh greens, just beef or just mutton. Also there are fried khinkali available, 75 rubles/pc;
Megrel khachapuri: homemade khachapuri with suluguni cheese, 390 rubles;
Adjari khchapuri: ‘boat’ made of fluffy dough with suluguni cheese, egg and butter, 320 rubles; Qutabs: Thin rissoles shaped as semi-moon made of unleavened dough with filling to your choice: potatoes/greens/mutton, 190/220/260 rubles;
Kharcho soup: traditional hot Georgian soup with rice and pieces of tender veal, fried and stewed tomato and aromatic spices, 320 rubles;
Piti soup: soup on thick mutton broth with chickpeas, potatoes, tomatoes and spices, 450 rubles.
