So, the Chef smokes high-quality salmon himself per the old Italian recipe and serves with mix of lettuce leaves, fennel and dried tomatoes.
The special feature of author’s execution of Nico ise salad is fresh, slightly fried tuna served with quail egg, young potato and green beans.
