There is a recipe recently found by Luca Pellino: pizza with home smoke salmon, Pesto-Rosso, cream-cheese, Mozzarella, olives and Rocket lettuce (570 rubles). The guests will also have a chance to taste raviolis with lamb fried on butter with Shiitake mushrooms and thyme supplemented with Parmesan chips (440 rubles), pork sirloin in Teriyaki sauce with Shiitake mushrooms and vegetable julienne (360 rubles), fried salmon fillet with lentil ragout and crispy Pancetta (580 rubles), warm apple pie with homemade vanilla ice-cream ball (170 rubles).
