Scrambled eggs with pancetta and fresh black truffles, 200 rubles; 

Sea bass fillet cooked on steam with salad made of beans, grilled asparagus, quail eggs, with black truffles sauce, 810 rubles;

Saltimbocca with veal sirloin, black truffles and puree, 780 rubles; 

Melting in the mouth roast beef with Ruccola, champignons, Parmesan and fresh truffles, 380 rubles; 

Homemade pasta with fresh and incredibly aromatic black truffles: fettuccini (380 rubles), ravioli with Ricotta served with champignons, pancetta, Pecorino cheese and fresh black truffles (480 rubles); 

Delicious cream-soup with champignons, black truffle, chicken breast and beef tongue, 240 rubles.
