On April 20th the culinary tour of Chef Martin D’Alsace will take place at FIOLET restaurant within ACQUA PANNA CHEF’S DISCOVERY.

Martin D’Alsace is a real star of Switzerland and all surrounding region. His TAVLO restaurant is rightly mentioned in many guides as “the best restaurant” or “the perfect place for dinner”. TAVLO is a special place with a unique ambiance where traditions and latest technologies are combined. 

Martin considers the future as a return to the nature and his cuisine is a combination of lightness and simplicity typical in Mediterranean region. The fundamental part of his culinary philosophy is high quality products and ingredients, a diligent approach to cooking, keeping the taste natural and using clearest olive oil. 

Gala dinner at FIOLET restaurant will consist of five courses with mineral water Aсqua Panna and S.Pellegrino, and recommended wines as well. 

Dinner will cost 3700 rubles per person.
