Since May the summer menu is available at Canvas restaurant situated in Renaissance hotel St. Petersburg Baltic. Instead of traditional hot soups during the warmest season Chef Dmitry Udalov offers to try mushroom cream-soup with crayfish tails or Russian borsch with chicken. The visitors are offered a great variety of fish starters characterized with a special light and original taste. Try delightful light salad made of tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese with artichokes and Pesto sauce. The new menu also includes original Rigatoni pasta with halibut, perch and linguini with shrimps.
