Brand-Chef Rustam Tangirov Joined DoZari Restaurant Team

Rustam Tangirov whose name is famous not only in St. Petersburg but much further, officially joined the banquet & restaurant complex DoZari.
The member of the College of Chefs in St. Petersburg, the member of the Russian Guild of Chefs, the prize-holder of international competitions and the owner of many other awards, Rustam Tangirov has been one of the first Chefs who started speaking about local products much before the trend and sanctions, who created the self-named Culinary Theatre, who is the presenter of culinary shows on TV and who also gives master-classes. Rustam Tangirov has taken the Brand Chef position at DoZari. The Restaurant Chef Igor Denosenkov will also keep his job.
Currently they are actively preparing for the summer season: culinary changes will touch not only the cuisine a la carte but also banquet offers.
There are a few tasting evenings and presentations planned for the current month.
