Smoked Dishes at Serafino Restaurant

Special new dishes are waiting for the guests of Serafino restaurant. Among them there is smoked sea-bass fillet with tiger prawns and vongole and also duck Carpaccio with Ruccola.

The dishes are unusual because they are served with ‘smoke’: you will feel its light aroma resembling fish or meat just taken from a smokehouse.

The secret lays in a special device called smoking gun. Shavings of different wood depending on the taste you want to add to the product are placed inside and set afire. Then the smoke is directed into the closed container with fish or meat – so, you may slightly smoke it just before serving to the table. Taste and aroma are incredible!
