The Chef of Bierstube brewery-restaurant Alexey Sologubov presents a new menu. Having kept a classic of the genre such as pork shank, German sausages and soup-goulash in bread pot, so appreciated by guests, Alexey has performed new original dishes floating between German and European cuisines

The Chef of Bierstube brewery-restaurant Alexey Sologubov presents a new menu. Having kept "a classic of the genre" such as pork shank, German sausages and soup-goulash in bread pot, so appreciated by guests, Alexey has performed new original dishes floating between German and European cuisines. Fried Camembert with Iceberg lettuce leaves, cranberries and mustard sauce will make you re-consider your usual habits.  There is a new salad: special Bierstube salad with smoked duck, orange chutney and cranberry sauce. As an alternative to the pork shank try half a meter pork sausage served with two mugs of home beer or grilled pork brisket on the bone or Sauerbraten - marinated beef grilled with light sauce and raisins.
