Chef of BaltikaBrew restaurant-brewery recommends the gourmets to taste author"s dishes from the new menu such as Spring flower salad with Chevre cheese, ripe avocado, Ruccola, Cherry tomatoes and seasoning based on olive oil, Russian salad with smoke salmon. Among hot dishes there is tender duck leg with paradise apples baked in honey-caramel sauce. It"s interesting to taste fried Camembert cheese with fruit-berry sauce.    
In the middle of April you may already try the author"s dish from Chef cooked of healthy fish - fried cod with warm vegetable salad and potatoes with broccoli baked in cream with cheese.
