She cooked in the Konstantinovsky Palace for the Group of Eight Summit. Considering specific features of beer restaurants, the Chef advises to taste group dishes at Baltika Brew. It"s a big shrimp barbecue which includes royal shrimps, tiger and baby shrimps in shells for beer marinated in Soya sauce and grilled. They are served with sesame sauce and sweet Thai chili, 3200 rubles. And there is lamb ham - a lamb leg without bones, stuffed with bacon, baked in Pesto sauce, served with sauerkraut and pomegranate sauce, 2200 rubles.
