Asia & Italy In Spring Menu From Da Albertone Restaurant

The Chef of Da Albertone Restaurant Luca Pellino has performed a set of spring dishes to the guests' attention.

The new Today's Special includes as original dishes in the Asian style as he classical Italian culinary. 

Fish and seafood connoisseurs will definitely appreciate pizza on a thin dough with tender salmon, tiger prawns, green peas topped with Pesto Rosso sauce and salmon fillet in crispy Panko batter with lettuce leaves and spinach. 

The Asian new position of the Sushi Lounge menu is pork and chicken fillet with vegetables and Balsamico & teriyaki sauce. 

The Restaurant Chef offers to try beloved classical Italian dishes – Saltimbocca alla Romana and Risotto alla Carbonara with cream, pancetta, egg and Parmesan. 

Sweet-lovers will relish a homemade honey cake with strawberries and red currants.
