Author’s Dishes with Chanterelles at Beluga

A special offer has appeared at Beluga resto-bar. There are 6 author’s dishes with chanterelles from Karelia. Light cold starters and rich hot dishes are excellently combined with wines.

Casarecce pasta with pancetta Tesa, dried tomatoes and chanterelles, 470 rubles;
Marble beef medallions on potato cream with chanterelles sauce, 990 rubles;
Stewed fillet of black cod with chanterelles and mussels sauce, 950 rubles.
