Chef of Arena restaurant has emphasized light and bright spring accents in the menu of seasonal novelties.

Salad with warm chicken liver and crispy croutons, served on green lettuce leaves topped with piquant seasoning, 330 rubles; 

Salad with King crab and Ruccola topped with truffle seasoning, 850 rubles; 

Foie gras topped with fresh forest berries sauce, 890 rubles; 

Fried Suluguni cheese served with Vincotto sauce, 380 rubles; 

Baked phalanges of king crab served with lettuce leaf, 1550 rubles;

Black cod fillet with light vegetable salad, 1750 rubles; 

Marble beef medallions with foie-gras flambé with pear, 1950 rubles;

Dolma, 400 rubles;

Tender cutlets made of cod fillet stuffed with cod liver, served with Italian mashed potatoes and Aioli sauce, 550 rubles.
