Antonello Arrus at Ginza Restaurant

During this period of time a special menu from Mr. Arrus will be available. On gala dinner organized on 23rd October the guests will have a chance to try culinary delicacies with combination of Zacapa rum which will perfectly complement both the taste of dishes and the evening ambiance. So, for example, the guests will try Mozzarella Buffalo and sword fish with appetite crust and light spicy sauce or octopus rolls with pistachios and arugula, crispy Parmesan, tuna and yogurt sauce, and also risotto with pumpkin, prawns and melted Pecorino cheese. 

A fantastic dessert with combination of Zacapa rum will garnish the evening! After it follows a funny lottery of prizes from Forte Village resort and much more.
