Family Restaurant Vmeste

Vmeste format is oriented at meetings with family and friends and making public appearance with family.

The restaurant space includes three zones and is counted for 70 seats. The interior is in contrast and warm colours with abundance of wood and textile in finishing: there is a wooden bar stand with an image of family bicycle, plaid arm-chairs and red sofas, decorative stacks of wood and lamps looking as reindeer heads. In the far area there is a kids' room with a big slateboard, different toys and plasma panel.

The kitchen is headed by brand-chef Vladimir Kapustin. The menu is based on a variety of starters, salads and hot courses made of farmer's products. There are Dannish smorrebrods with roast beef, marble beef, Atlantic herring and red bilberry. They have been included in the menu to bring a new interesting combination of tastes. The salads are quite rich: for instance, there is a salad with Murmansk cod and vegetable mix, marble beef and shiitake mushrooms. Among soups you may choose pumpkin & cheese cream-soup with prawns and tomato soups with beef. The hot coursesparagraph includes steaks and burgers, homemade chicken cutlets with mashed potatoes. As for Bryansk beef, it might be cooked on charcoal or sous-vide.

The desserts are mainly classical – Napoleon per grandma's recipe, apple strudel, crème-brulee. It is expected to update the menu regularly according to the season.
