Winter Menu at Reka Restaurant

Since November the guests of Reka restaurant on Krasniy Oktyabr may try a new menu. The restaurant Chef has taken the course to use local products and keeps following the trend in the new culinary and economic reality.

So, this winter you may try lettuce leaves with pieces of salmon from Murmansk, baked beetroot and peas, Black Sea rapa whelk Carpaccio with avocado mousse and different herbs mix, beetroot risotto with scallop from Sakhalin.    

A special attention is paid to the meat ingredient in the menu – you may compare rib eye steak made of New Zealand, Argentinian or Uruguay meat, and you will also appreciate seafood – from sturgeon fillet or tuna till mountain stream or amber trout.
