Breakfast at Composer Restaurant

The morning menu includes all positions without which it’s hard to imagine the right breakfast. You can find aromatic croutons fried in milk with cinnamon and homemade jam like in grandma’s house (260 rubles). Those who think porridge essential in the morning will choose between rice porridge with cherries and hazelnuts (450 rubles) and oatmeal with apples and almonds (450 rubles).  Scrambled eggs and omelet (410 rubles) might be added with various stuffing. Chef Viktor Osipenko will offer a few kinds of sandwiches for breakfast: veal, poached egg, beetroot horseradish and grilled vegetables (480 rubles) or with smoked nelma (whitefish), green lettuce, cucumber, radish, stewed tomatoes and quail ‘butter’ (480 rubles). Sweet lovers will appreciate chocolate eclaires (360 rubles per 2 pc), carrot cupcake (220 rubles) and cherry strudel with kissel (440 rubles).
